A Soran University Teacher Publishes a Book in Law

In his latest scientific work, Dr. Rebwar Majid Hawdiani, a teacher in the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Administration - Soran University, published a book in Arabic entitled ""الحماية المدنية للمستفيد في عقد المشاركة بالوقت”,” Civil Protection of Beneficiaries in Time Partnership Contracts".

The author's book focuses on protecting the beneficiary with a new concept of the contact, which can be  employed in many different areas, including recreational tourism, therapeutic tourism and religious tourism.

In his book, the author has addressed a number of legal ideas and concepts, as well as several legal proposals to regulate this type of contract, which can be used in the Kurdistan Region in general and Soran region in particular.
