Soran University Holds a Workshop for Dormitory Supervisors
On Wednesday, January 14, 2026, in the Ismail Beshikchi Hall, a workshop dedicated to dormitory supervisors was conducted. The event was attended by the President of Soran University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sherwan Sharif Qurtas, alongside a significant number of dormitory supervisors, administrative staff, and lecturers.
At the beginning, the President of Soran University delivered a speech, in which he highlighted the vital role dormitory supervisors play in serving the students. Subsequently, the workshop panel commenced:
Dr. Abdul Fattah Hassan Fattah presented a topic titled: “Challenges Facing Dormitory Supervisors and Their Solutions”.
Later, Asst.Lect. Nawzad Jawhar addressed a topic titled: “Health Conditions, Environmental Safety, and Legal Issues in Dormitories”.
Finally, Asst. Prof. Dr. Karzan Mohammad presented a topic titled: “First Aid in Dormitories”. The panel was moderated by Lect. Abdullah Sherko.
