Soran University Wraps Up Its 11th Student Conference
On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, in the presence of Asst.Prof. Dr. Sherwan Sharif Qurtas, President of Soran University, university council members, faculty, and students, the 11th Student Conference, themed "Our Talents and Competencies Shape Our Future," successfully concluded.
On the second day of the conference, the university president opened an exhibition showcasing several posters, ideas, and student projects. Subsequently, 43 scientific research papers were presented by students from the faculties of Arts, Engineering, Science, Education, Law, International Relations, and Management.
Over the two days of the conference, 51 scientific research papers across various fields, 12 posters, and several student-created products were presented.
The Student Conference provides an opportunity for students to highlight issues and propose appropriate solutions through their research, ideas, and scientific projects. It also serves as a platform for the private and public sectors to closely engage with the scientific activities of university students, fostering mutual benefits.
At the conclusion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sherwan Sharif Qurtas awarded participation certificates to panel moderators and panelists, as well as his thanks and appreciation to the organizing committee members of the 11th Student Conference.
