A Training Course on 'Food Safety and Hygiene' was completed at Soran University
A scientific training course on "Food Safety and Hygiene" was successfully completed at Soran University's cafeteria and palaces on Monday, March 17, 2025.
Organized by the Health and Safety Department in collaboration with the Faculty of Science, the course was conducted under the supervision of Asst Prof. Dr. Sherwan Sharif Qurtas, President of Soran University. The training targeted cafeteria and palace staff.
The primary objectives were to enhance staff awareness of the scientific principles and their daily duties to improve the standards of food quality and services, and prepare food in a safe, scientific, and sound manner.
Upon completion of the course, trainers and participants were awarded certificates of participation.
