A workshop on "The Art of Management and Institutional Work"

The Pedagogy Center for Training and Academic Developments of Soran University organizes a workshop on "The Art of Management and Institutional Work."
 On Tuesday, August 27, 2024, the Pedagogy Center for Training and Academic Developments of Soran University organized a workshop entitled "The Art of Management and Institutional Work" for heads of departments. The workshop was moderated by AP Dr. Asaad Ali Karam, lecturer at Dohuk University.
The workshop highlighted the most important principles of management art and the director's successful and professional qualities. Another part of the workshop was devoted to the art of management within the university as an academic institution and how to link the university's departments, units, and colleges through its strategic plan, as well as the integration of messages and insights to achieve them.
 In the practical section of the workshop, an activity was held in which the heads of departments presented the objectives of their departments and compared them to those mentioned in the university's strategic plan.
The workshop was concluded by extensive discussion and answers from participants.
